Are there any good driving games?
Not racing games or the truck sims, games where you just... drive.
I usually resort to San Andreas, but you're still too likely to hit people, CJ shouts dumb shit, etc. Great radio, though.

I did like that when it came out, got repetitive though.

This. The rest of the game is meh, what with all the bamham combat and bloated collect-a-thon crap, but the driving and vehicle combat is great.
