any cheap dualcore or quadcore intel cpu will do the job. heck the dual core i3s with hyperthreading are great options for emulation/htpcs and only cost about 100 bucks.

Nvidia, it used to suck my 16gm ram dry with the driver bug but it got on acceptable levels adding the accurateShaderMul = min line on the game profile. It uses 8GB tops now, perfectly playable. Im quite impressed the game works 100% on almost every system so fast, its only been few months.
