Vanilla Palas have no Taunt, Consecration is literally the ONLY source of Aggro for them ergo they're terrible.
Vanilla Paladins are basically designated Healsluts.
If you want to tank, play Warrior.

Some anon couple months back was posting a source port of WC2 with high resolution support, I had it on my HDD but I deleted it after beating it, it was pretty sweet since it also had some modern improvements like better pathfinding, being able to select 18 units at once (vs 9 in original) and whatnot.
I hope someone still has it.
