Hey guys, yesterday I got this but I still didn't play yet because my switch didn't arrive yet (it's the edition that comes with splatoon 2, and it seems to have stock issues)
Do you have any hints for new players? I never played a zelda game but I'm hyped

It's pretty straightforward bro, even a child can pick up and play this game. I'd recommend upgrading stamina more than hearts at first because the game is at its best when you actually run the risk of dying.

The game never teaches you how to surf on your shield. I forget the buttons, but you should figure out how to do that.
Hold up your shield and jump, then do something else (?)

You literally respawn right where you die because the game is constantly auto saving.
