Honestly, the first 2 Bubsy games were OK. Nothing special, definitely not the "worst game ever, of all time". They were me.

I had an alright time with the first Bubsy. I wouldn't exactly call it average though. It was bad, just not as bad as several other random mascot platformers.

I'm 30 and I had never heard of Bubsy until about 2008

Bubsy 1 & 2 were okay 3D is just so shit it carries over.

You didn't miss out on much. It's the kind of game your friend or older family member would have due to not having good taste in games.

I was 10 when the first Bubsy came out. I thought it was OK but I'm not exactly trusting of my 10-year-old self to really know what it's quality actually was.
