Very playable, right PC? For the record PS3 version ran at native 720p, no anti aliasing, 30FPS, no screen tearing. PC can barely hold it together. It is a great feat, but the CPU requirements are not for normal PCs and still not 30FPS locked, good luck. lol.

I am fairly sure online is a huge priority for a 0.02 version build.
In fact, it probably connects directly to Atlus' servers, chances are if you fire up DS now on the PS3, you will run into a bunch of people running the game on an emulator. You can spot emulator users easily because their avatars are displayed in 60 fps on your ps3 at the moment due to a glitch. I'm sure they will fix it soon.

It was always like that, it's just more pronounced nowadays. We had a PS2 emulation a few days ago, and even the fags who said "the PS2 emulator has 95% of playable games" (when the compatibility is actually much lower) had to concede that people make an emulator to play their favorite game first, and for preservation second. The guy who coded the first N64 emulator wanted to play Mario 64, the first PSP emulator wanted to play Final Fantasy Crisis Core, and so on.
People don't understand that to get Persona 5 or Demon's Souls playable, the emulator developers are doing a ton of game-specific hacks, that will not work with other games at all.

The tutorial area runs the best, everywhere else it runs in the 20s with drops down to ~15fps.
The game also hangs when loading a lot, to the point where it's not beatable. If you play 1-1 you wont be able to go back to the Nexus.
