I've bought games from them before. Bought Mad Max for $4 no problem. Got Arkham Knight Premium Edition for $33.96 on launch day.

Cdkeys is legit,I bought 4 things from them and never had trouble.The reason they are usually cheaper is they are grey market seller.

They are considered to be reputable. I've bought many games from them without any issues. Sometimes the key is a picture of a code scratched off, still works though. I think they are grey market, aka find slightly amoral ways of sourcing keys, but I doubt they do anything like G2A sellers who buy keys with stolen Credit Cards.
