I'm stuck in silver/gold, and this happened to me today. Most of the times I lose it's because of teammates with an average IQ of room temperature.

Although I consider myself a skilled Hanzo, I didn't mention my skill at all. I attached that screenshot just to give you a hint that I'm not your average asshole Hanzo main. I just want some experienced player to tell me how to get out of gold. There are lots of nice guys, but most of the people around 2200 sr are way too retarded.
