BF1 is quite good, the worst part of it is the player base. Games need to have restrictions on how many people can play each class. If 8 people max per team could play each class in a 32v32 game, maybe with some flexibility, the game would be much better. Or even just a restriction on scouts only.

I've never had a problem with team composition in battlefield, odds are if all the recon shitters got locked out by class restrictions they'd be equally useless anyway. I can't tell you how many times I've had medics and supports run by me and not drop health or ammo no matter how many times I call out for it, it's like they hate free points.

it had potential to be good, but they grabbed a WW1 game and just slapped automatic weapons left and right for who knows what reason (we know the reason, casuals who can't aim)

the sniper class is basically the only fun class to play if you remove the scopes from the rifles.

i don't even care about the sjw side of things, i just want the casualization and automatic weapon bullshit to stop.

BF series has 5 games set in modern warfare setting: BF2, BC, BC2, BF3 and BF4.

it has 1 WW2 game, 1 Vietnam game, 1 futuristic game, one cops and robbers game, and one ww1 skinned modern warfare game.

WW1 is limited as fuck/

Got bored of BF1 at around 150 hours,

Still play BF4 on the weekly.

At least BF1 looks nice, though.

BF3 wasnt that good, but it does deserve credit for having 64 man servers, and the playerbase to staff them. Also besides a bit of rubberbanding here and there lag wasnt terrible.

Last BF game I was able to have some fun with was BF3. After the release of BF4 I wished nothing but the death of this series.
