/v/ I need your help finding out who this video game character is.

I remember when I was a kid like 5 y/o and I played a lot of amateur-made mario games where you could play as a lot of different famous characters such as donkey kong, sonic etc.

Anyhow this pic related character were in a lot of games even games of his own. As strange as it sounds his attack was a farting attack where he spammed a green explosion out of his ass. I have tried searching google but never found anything like this character.

He must be some kind of video game character of some game, either that or he was some weird custom character appearing in a lot of amateur-games
