Hey /v/ a few weeks ago I made a thread asking if the Switch I purchased could be a scam or not and got asked for updates on it.
Well, it was a scam. It was a fucking scam.

No shit.
So did u get an empty box or just nothing? I got nothing when i ordered a wii u from a seller on amazon, told amazon and got all my money back.

Amazon's customer service is outstanding. Just make a claim and you'll have your money back within a business day.
i've heard of these before. not sure if it's the same thing that happened to you, but someone will put something on market for way under retail and then eventually cancel the order and sell your email/name. scary shit.
What did you get? A box full of bricks? An empty box?
False tracking number and not responding to emails. I checked his store and there was bunch of new reviews saying it was a scam>>384699994

Can amzaon refund you?
>>384700227
Why didn't you check the store reviews first?
If it's a scam, amazon will be able to refund you.

They said they cannot refund due to not having the product at all to return. All they could do was close the scammers account
End it bros.
>>384700337
Hopefully I request a refund yesterday

At the time his store only had two 5 star reviews

Disregard that I suck cocks

That's not how Amazon works, if you get scammed you get your money back regardless of whether "there's a product to return"
>>384700589
Don't take that for an answer.
Call Amazon up directly and say that unless they refund you, you'll be filing a complaint with the BBB (Better Business Bureau). The dude's listing was on Amazon's storefront, they are in some way accountable for scammers.

amazon is basically ebay now, if it isn't shipped and sold by amazon themselves you are taking a huge gamble
your lucky if you can get a refund, amazon doesn't give a shit aboot their customers anymore

This. Amazon is pretty foolproof when it comes to defeating scammers.
Buy your shit in person

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
THE FOLLOW-UP THREAD I NEVER KNEW I WANTED
>>384700601
>his store only had two 5 star reviews
And that didn't raise any red flags?
>>384702902
I mean kinda. I bought plenty of stuff from3rd party sellers on Amazon with no trouble
Is the switch even worth it?
>>384699754
tell your bank and say it was a fraudulent transaction and theyll get your money back for you
they close all ties between you and them so that helps
why do you think people make fake listings on amazon, so they can attempt to price match locally and buy one themselves
>>384699754
What are you doing about it? You going to take it like a bitch?
