There's already jungles in half the other fucking provinces of Tamriel. Besides if the Roman inspired imperials come from there it wouldn't make much sense.

If skyrim did anything better then the otheres it was the map.
Cyrodiil is litterly patchy forest and a swamp. Morrowind (better the Oblivion) was just rocky mountains some mushrooms and a swamp. Skyrim had about 8 unique biomes.
