He's gotten so strong over the years from fighting entire groups of people (especially monsters like Hugo and Abigail) at once.

His strength is solely due to his amount of experience.

I only remember him losing once in the SF comic to Ryu, and that's after he knocked him out once and forced him to turn into "Evil Ryu." Even then, he still had the cuffs on.

It is canon that he is able to go around beating up hundreds of thugs armed with knives, guns and all sorts of weapons; thugs that can be strong enough to participate in a Street Fighter tournament and fare decently there.

I seriously want a SF game that takes place in the future of the setting where the old cast have achieved full mastery of their particular style and the new and young cast have grown up more. I wanna see end game Ryu, master of the hado fighting unchained Cody who has only gotten stronger as he aged.

I'd probably say Akuma is the weakest of the three, given the implications of his SF4 ending and the fact he draws against Oro. Granted they were both holding back on their own way in the latter fight
