Yes, they both have really good tutorials.
There's also "Under Night In-Birth Exe:Late[st]" coming at the end of the year that is a good starting point

Nice I never play 2D fighter outside persona 4 arena and I'm lost with all the move and the cancel combo. A good tutorials will help me a lot.
