Is it really that bad gameplay wise? Or do people just dislike

Bad. Don't remember much since I only got it when I originally got a 360, but most of my time was on those titans and they controlled like buttholes.

I remember it being ok, I probably just finished it because of the achievements. It's pretty mediocre when compared to classic Crash titles.

Most later enemies are just reskins of older ones so it stops being fun pretty fast.

I heard MoM fixed alot of the problems with the first. So play that.

It's just not a Crash game and the success of remakes proves that the original formula is what people want.
