So it's normal to constantly lose track of the fast Next's? Seems like I can't turn fast enough to keep track and end up getting pelted from behind.
That, coupled with tracking missiles makes it seem impossible.

Yes. You can try fighting at longer ranges to keep them in your sights.

For fast turning, let go of the movement stick for a split second and move your camera stick all the way left/right and do a quickboost. With all but the fattest frames, it should turn you about 180 degrees around.

Use flares/overboost for missiles.

Is the PS3 version even stable? I know a lot of multiplats got shafted on PS3. Would it be better getting this game on Xbox?
