I've heard that MS2 just didn't take off the way Nexon was hoping for. A lot of people just stuck with KMS and didn't move to MS2 to the point where KMS was getting more updates and patches than MS2 was during its first year. They saw it as a failure and never bothered to release it outside of Korea.

I have no idea if it's actually bad, but I heard it was disappointing. Like MS2 had less features than MS during its beta.

From beta they went to Final with no new content other than some "rebalancing", and the equivalent of cubes added to crafting.
