I have 25,000 points. Currently using my 50 saved stamina potions while doing the 5-battle Hard mode on autobattle to get to Phantom Speed.

I'm at 125,000 points, going 2 for 2 in terms of hitting the 8k feather reward.

Now I just need them to add Seth or a Cav Archer to the game so I can spend my orbs and get some good 4*s to promote along the way.

What is the fastest comp to get through these kinds of tempest trials generally speaking?

I can usually no death lvl 35 runs with Shareena since I didn't have any of Alm's gang, but 350-400 a run didn't come across as being super productive. At least Tobin is not nearly as good as Masked Marth is and I did roll a Gray earlier so I feel like guilty about not getting the 5 star version.

In this trial at least, there was an heavy emphasis on red units, so a blue tome+dancer could get you far.
Typically, any strong unit plus dancer can take out a good amount of units on their own. Maybe have a unit to fight against your strong unit's weakness.

Avoid rolling on Colorless. 3/4ths of the strongest team in the game is made up of free units (Xander, Cecilia, Ursula), so make sure you do their Grand Hero Battles whenever they appear. Don't send units home for feathers, they're almost always useful for skill fodder in some way. Distant Counter is busted, try to get units that have it innate or learn it naturally (Hector). Mages are the most powerful force in the current meta, Blues especially. Get your castle to the max level ASAP, and get a team up to 40, it'll make grinding up newbies much easier.

FGO has actual daily content, but you're not required to grind for shit like ascension materials in FEH, thankfully. All in all, there's not a whole lot of grind in FEH, you just need to grind up an Arena team and possibly a PvE/TT team, and most of that grind is actually in getting the skills you need.

She's not as useless as people make her out to be. She's got decent Spd and Atk making her good on offense, and she has good Res as well. It's just that she has shit for HP and Def, so the moment a physical unit (especially Green) as much as looks her way she crumbles.

If you want to use her, make sure to give her Iceberg ASAP to make use of all that Res. Triangle Adept is nice on her because an extra weakness to axes isn't going to make her any worse. Other than that, Fury works on her just as well as on anyone else (maybe slightly worse because of her low HP, but it's still good).
Lancebreaker in her B-slot allows her to stand up to other lancers a bit better, though she'll probably still lose to the stronger ones. Not much you can do about that. Alternatively, give her Swordbreaker to make her better at killing reds which tend to be rather speedy. Swordbreaker+Triangle Adept is probably overkill though, so choose one or the other.
Her default Threaten Def is a good C-skill for her, so keep it unless you want to use her on a horse team in which case you go for one of the horse buffs of course.

As SI fodder, she has Killer Lance+ to give away, but there aren't that many good blues that would choose Killer Lance over Brave Lance or whatever unique they have, especially with Slaying weapons being introduced and the almost complete certainty that the Slayer Lance will soon be added and will outperform the Killer Lance. Her best use then is for Threaten Def 3, which is a useful skill on almost any physical unit.
