>buy this on a friend's recommendation from Origin on the cheap
>think it's going to be nothing special
>setting up stylish kills with wallrunning, cloaking, sliding and ambushing like I'm playing Crysis 1 again
>mech combat and tons of different loadouts
>brilliant sound design
>ends up being the most fun I've had in a rootytooty point 'n' shooty campaign since nu-DOOM
>looking forward to trying multiplayer
>free horde mode releases next week

I don't understand why he looks like GRRM here
>EA releases it 7 days after Battlefield 1, their other FPS which has heavy marketing and hype
>Titanfalls 2 disappears from the face of the Earth
Hmmm... it's almost as if they wanted it to fail.
>>384630203
EA fucked up hard by releasing it between 2 dumpster fire FPS games. The campaign is the best thing in any shooter in a long fucking time
it is amazing, been getting back into it recently myself. some high bmp music + multiplayer = max 'flow state'.
learn how to slide hop, it's incredibly easy and you can go so FAST. also how to launch yourself with grapple hook, don't be a stimfag.
also, projectile weapons are really fun, EPG gunfu.
the only bad thing is that some of the vanilla maps are pretty bad, but the recent maps have been awesome, especially glitch.
>>384630203
It's pretty fucking phenomenal. Shame nobody's playing it.

/tfg/ is burning down the house every day

>it actually has a general
Will have to check it out

EA did nothing but fuck this up in terms of their role.
They don't own Respawn or the IP.
I loved the game but I felt the sound design was a little lacking.
The update will revive it lads... right?
>>384630203
Agreed. I was pleasantly surprised by everything this game had to offer; it's just plain old fun.
>>384632670
EA Access has seemed to help the population a bit.
>>384630203
how is the player count? is it still worth buying?
>>384633342
1000-2000 on PC, 6000-7000 on PS4.
Totally worth buying.
>>384633678
its not dead. Que times are at least 30 seconds to a minute. kind of shitty that they released it in the middle of Battlefield one and Call of duty, but its worth it.
>>384633794
It really isn't, but PCfags only play one single mode, while PS4 has more variety.
>>384630203
>free horde mode a year after launch
>splatoon gets its day one
What did they mean by this?
Xbox one always has a strong player count. I don't know where people get off saying it's dead. Must be a PC thing.
>>384634006
>Splatoon
Literally who cares
>>384634006
Respawn has released a fuckton of content for Titanfall 2, I'm thankful they're still supporting it.
>>384630406
Wow! You're a piece of work you fucking swine. Travel to a Muslim country and surrender to Isis so I can watch your execution you degenerate
>>384634006
>voice chat has been used via a single connection on consoles since 2002
>Splatoon gets this
What did they mean by this?
>>384634006
At least you can play Frontier Defense whenever you want.
