Its going to be 30FPS Bethesda is a bunch of lazy hacks. They locked the remaster to 30FPS because 60FPS breaks the physics and they can't be bothered to do anything about it.

You can unlock the framerate on the Xbone with a mod and it runs at a locked 60.
