Why hasn't the gaming industry gone all digital yet? When is the last time you actually bought a physical copy of a video game?
Literally this week.
I buy physical whenever I can.
>supporting digital and not actually owning your games
>not displaying your collection of vidya
Dummy.
I go digital on vidya but still buy bluray movies.
fite me.
They're too greedy to lower the digital prices to compete with the retail prices.

It's been years anon. Probably around the time the wiiu came out.
I don't care for materialistic objects taking space.

I only buy physical. There's no reason not to. The price is almost always the same no matter the platform either, but you're getting less to show for it. In some instances places sell physical cheaper than digital, a few days ago Amazon had physical KH2.5 for $35, digital was still $50, even on PSN.

Because they know sales numbers would drop like a rock. $59.99 for a game that I can buy on Amazon for $19.99? No thanks.

Last month. I don't typically buy full price games digitally. Usually all physical.

There's no reason to not buy physical copies of console games. You can buy them used, trade them, sell them or lend them.

Selling half as many games at full price is more profitable than selling twice as many at Amazon prices.
