Is this expansion worth playing? I've only played baseline D3 and thought it was only okay.

Since the necromancer came out I've been debating getting both it and RoS but that would mean giving Blizzard money and I'm not sure how I feel about that.

Necromancer is an individual DLC package. Even for Blizzard fans, that's crossing the line.

The expansion is wonderful, but seriously, don't get tricked into buying an individual class.
