>RTS and mobas: supposedly highest skill ceiling form of gaming
>plagued with casual trash, retards, underage
>fightan games: supposedly filled with retarded niggers
>has dedicated players who actually understand the game they're playing and don't blame other people for losing; shitters whine, are weeded out, and quit quickly
Explain this, /v/. Can't we conclude fightans take more skill than RTS and ASSFAGGOTs?
no.

The only game that takes skill is smash.

What a terrible fucking lie
Wouldn't a FPS require the most skill because of tracking?
Highest skill cieling doesn't mean that they have the high skill floor
Nobody bothers with fighting games cause most are fucking boring to play when can't git gud

FPS games aren't nearly as skill heavy as people think. If you have good reaction times and aim, it can carry you really far.
RTS games are probably the ones requiring the most thought as well as high APM and precision inputs.
Without even considering the alleged skill cap, it should be pointed out that they're all mainstream games that are designed to be easily palatable by most of everyone (who's interested in them conceptually). In other words, the "skill floor" is very low. You can pick up a fighting game and press buttons randomly and have fun and many people do. Likewise, you can fire up an RTS and successfully do stuff at 15APM and be matched up against players that are equally inept mechanically and get a good experience playing against them.
