Should I break in my splatatata pro controller playing splatoon 2 or are gyro controls the real meta? Does the Pro Controller have any motion controls?
The Pro Controller still has gyro controls. I don't know if they're as responsive as the Joycons (they probably are)

So I can get the reticle/camera in a general area with analog stick and fine-tune my aim with gyro sensitivity? Hell yeah, good to know

Yup. In Splatoon 1 I would own scrubs with the charger due to the motion controls. Only idiots didn't.

I need to git gud with charger, I;m such a gotta go fast turf painter that I never tried a weapon focused on kills liek dat.
Can I use my wii u pro controller?

What's the best controller method? The Pro Controller with the gyro controls almost feels a bit off.

Well I spent all my money today getting a switch and I only have $110 left for splatoon 2 so I'll just have to use the joycon.

I've heard the Joy-Cons are the best method of playing Spla2on anyway.

Nice looking forward to this game it brought me over the line to buy a switch because I missed out on the first splatoon on wii u (by that time my wii u was gathering dust)

Howdee doo fellow anons.
I sure can't wait to play Splatoon 2(tm) on my Nintendo (R) Switch (tm).
Used a pro for the splatfest and it worked fine, though I do still miss using the touchpad for super jumping.
