SEv2 is incredibly good and you can pull off some pretty crazy shots. Like I had no idea you could shoot grenades off a dudes belt and explode it until I did it by accident

Don't bother with Sniper Ghost Warrior, it's shovelware
MGS 1 & 3 have cool counter-sniping sections but it's not the most fleshed out thing in the world

Sniper Elite and Sniper Ghost Warrior series. Other than that hunting games are basically sniping games and there's Material Sniper but that's a weebo flash game.
