Daily reminder that gust destroyed the atelier series because too many casuals were were introduced to arland.
It's "solid gameplay" is considered too poorly documented and obtuse to newcomers so it was all streamlined away starting with atelier shallie, removing every aspect of the 3D atelier games that made them unique in a sea of samey european renaissance-themed anime JRPGs.
