None. They're just installation discs now. Exactly the same content as the download (bar different language packs maybe depending where you bought).

yeah but if it's a single player game, you can always revert updates if you have the physical version.

On Bloodborne you can wipe updates on the disc version so you can use the vanilla dupe glitch to make a load of builds if you don't want to grind
