HELP
is this the same guy making all these threads in the past two days or what /v/
oh nm, i thought u were that shitposter who kept making the anti nv threads that were borderline spam
ya, a big flaw of nv is that it's pretty buggy. I hope you fix it
>>384420936
but how do i fix it? i JUST stared and it begins with no sound at all and runs at 5 FPS
opening scene worked fine and sounded fine. im on Win10
>>384420549
Uninstall and reinstall?
>>384421982
did it twice, nothing changed.
im really desperate
Try limiting it to 2 cores. make sure it's not using Intel integrated graphics

>Try limiting it to 2 cores
what do you mean?
>>384420549
uninstall the shit game friend, it'll fix it :^)
>>384420549
Have you tried the unofficial patches? That might help.
>>384421139
>Win10
found your problem!
seriously tho, compatibility mode.
>>384421139
>im on Win10
found the problem
>>384422453
>>384422410
alright, which compatibility should i set it on?
>>384422208
Just Google fallout new vegas on Windows 10
>>384420549
>PC
Just get an Xbox 360 or PS3 and play it that way. They're practically free now so it shouldn't be a problem unless you're broke.
You not not...poor are you?
>>384420549
Sounds like a YOU problem there!
>>384422590
>you're poor if you have PC
>but you're not poor if you have consoles
>>384422547
Try Windows 7
Then get NVAC and the 4gb RAM patch, those two fixes pretty much eliminate all major issues.
>>384420549
Verify integrity of game cache
Fixes the problem 90% with Elder Scrolls or Fallout shit for me
i'll go into detail of the problem
It starts up fine but as soon as im woken up by Doc mitchell, it goes extremely laggy with no sound at all. i tried compatibility and re-install and nothing worked.
