Then get NVAC and the 4gb RAM patch, those two fixes pretty much eliminate all major issues.

i'll go into detail of the problem

It starts up fine but as soon as im woken up by Doc mitchell, it goes extremely laggy with no sound at all. i tried compatibility and re-install and nothing worked.
