I can't speak about From's games other than Soulsborne because I haven't played them, but all of them run like shit. Demon Souls stutters all the time on PS3, the framerate goes through the floor any time to break multiple objects at once. Dark Souls stutters and frame drops on 360 and PS3 Blighttown is a slide show, even the PC version with triple their hardware will drop frames in Blighttown. Same shit with Dark Souls 2, 3 and Bloodborne. From can't get a game to run well to save their lives

Bloodborne feels like a stutter mess because of frame pacing issues. If you don't know what that is try watching this from 3:20 onwards, it does a good job explaining it.

Not that Bloodborne doesn't drop frames all the time anyway, it does, but even when it's running at 30 FPS it still feels like it's stuttering because of the frame pacing.

Bloodborne, Persona 5, Yakuza 0, and God of War 3 remastered are exclusives and they don't even get a patch to improve resolution and frame rate for the PS4 Pro. Why does anybody even bother with consoles?

Yeah, this isn't what I consider stuttering, and there's even some examples of stuttering in BB if the goal was to shit on it specifically. At the beginning, in the area with a lot of Yharnamites milling around the crucified beast that's been set on fire, I always get stutters. If you can't handle some frame drops, you'll need to skip most games. Even with a bitching PC, a poorly optimized game will experience drops.

Why would Sony be inordinately concerned about Bloodborne? It sold well enough as is, and it's more than two years old. Even From Software has expressed interest in moving on from Souls-style games for the time being.

No, it just runs like shit. Boost mode mitigated some of that, but it added some bizarre anomalies and pop in. Good thing the PC port is right around the corner. Oh, fucking wait.
