Don't listen to him. The Ringed City is really good and even better than Ashes Of Ariandel. AoA is really short compared to TRC. Though, both are great DLCs.

It's better. The best part of AoA is the final fight and the rest of the content loses value once you've seen it once. Ringed city has more replayability, more (and better) bosses, and more content in general.

You'll see a lot of salty bitch tears over losing to the bosses, though.

TRC has two swamps and two "run away from ranged attacks while stopping to hide in cover" sections, the areas are complete trash but the bosses are good
