is Yonder the comfy Zelda-Harvest Moon fusion game we've all been waiting for?

I made a thread about this earlier asking if it was any good, and got 0 replies. Maybe someone here can tell me?

I just saw it on the top sellers list on steam and looked into what it was
I'm hoping someone knows if it's actually got any content to it or just another blank slate open world crafting game

Same here, noticed it in top sellers and it looks interesting. All I know about it is you are released upon the world to find out about your heritage or some shit, and there is an evil presence called the "murk" I believe. Also there is no combat, which is an interesting choice for an open world game.

it looks like it's either the perfect 3d open world version of stardew valley with a hundred hours of content, or it's going to stay just interesting enough for a few hours for you to be unable to get a refund and leave you frustrated

That's the risk you take, the former is what I am hoping for but part of the charm of Stardew Valley was it's pixelated art style, I got like 90 hours out of Stardew Valley, I don't know if this game can do the same. I don't want to spend nearly $20 on something that will get boring in a few hours.

Watched a couple reviews that said it's about 6 hours and the overall experience is a little shallow. I'll wait till it's on sale for like $5. It looks like an enjoyable and cozy game but I don't wan to spend $20-30 on it.
