That is true for old consoles, but Wii U gpu is comparable to AMD HD6770, and the HD4600 intel series from that cpu is way below that.
The very top gpu from intel barely scratches the HD6770, so you can't emulate WiiU games with just that, and when you're emulating you need magnitudes better specs.

Aye man I just got it running super smooth 25fps I got some shaders over the black market, (really good stuff). Except I can't put reshade on, anytime I install reshade the picture gets fucked up even if I don't install the shaders it's just reshade itself I think.
