I am not going to argue whether or not Melee is a legitimate fighting game. I did go to evo this year and I do have a question for Melee players.

Why do you guys smell so bad? Tekken and SF guys are primarily normal looking dudes who bathe. But Melee fags are more often than not overweight and also smell like BO.

Honestly, I never got the obsession people have with melee.
I mean, I get that there are a lot of things that make it fun competitively, but I feel like players should have moved on by now.

The only reason that i can think of as to why people haven't moved on is that they've spent so much time perfecting their melee skills that they're really good at concepts that are only applicable to melee.
Most of their skills don't apply to other fighting games, and so they're desperately clinging on to the only game that they're good at.
