Oracle, answer me this question,

Are there any games with a highly competitive ladder system that rewards solo play instead of solo queuing in a team play based game? (Overwatch, dota 2)

I'm tired of games that rely on teamwork in order to advance through the ranks, as you could be better than your team but still get pushed back, or backwards, you could be the worst player ever and get matched with a very decent team, both could be applied to me or anyone here, I suppose.
