Before I caved and bought an online gamestop bundle 2 weeks ago, I called literally 15+ stores and nobody had it. They all gave me that "lol good luck nigga" tone of voice too.

I work for a Target store in Massachusetts. We get shipments in every now and then, same for all stores in the area. If you happened to find a Switch while browsing, it was probably a day when they just happened to get some in. They usually run out as soon as people realize the store has them. Which is usually from opening to noon.
The only time I saw a Switch out in the wild was like a month or two after launch at Walmart, and they had two. I literally have not seen a single one since. If you know the stock schedules of stores, it's pretty easy to follow up on the next shipments, you probably just got there at a good time when they just put them out.

They actually do this shit to sucker people into ordering it if they don't have any available. Target has done this shit since the PS2 days.
>be me
>be mid march
>walk in gamestop
>gonna get me a PS4
>notice they had pro controllers
>get to counter
>do you have a switch?
>expect laughter
>yes we do
>huzzah
Now I just need some games.
