Why do so many "people" autistically like this retarded blue hedgehog?
The first couple of games where fine i guess but nothing to devote your whole life to.
All the characters are cringy and lame and there's barely any difference between some of them design vise.
The only reason I can think of is because these people are closet furries that are too pussy to come out and wear their retarded mascot suit.

I'm 31, Genesis was my first console at age six and Sonic was the first game I played.
He's just a good mascot. In that time there were dozens upon dozens of these out there, but Sonic's aesthetic design and "edgy" (for a children's mascot) branding made him interesting compared to Mario.
I'd spend my free time in school trying to draw him and tails. I never got into furry shit or anything weird. I pretty much fell off the bandwagon after the failure that was Sonic 3D Blast and started playing more Nintendo games.
