Which game has the highest skill cap?

I have a friend who's convinced that Dota has the highest skill ceiling of any game to ever exist. I couldn't help but laugh. Surely a game where each hero has 4-6 abilities and half of them are passives are nowhere near the skill cap requirements of SC2, 3rd Strike, and Quake. Don't even give me this >muh strategy bullshit. The strategy game in assfaggots could not be any more simpler. Oh gee, I have an opportunity to take a tower here or to take a jungle camp, I wonder which one I pick. Hearthstone requires more brain power than this shit. And by pure APM, assfaggots are the lowest on this spectrum.

What do you think /v/? Do assfaggots have a high skill ceiling?
