People kept playing Destiny because of the satisfying gunplay and the PvP (despite the imbalances). No game Bioware has made in the past ten years came close to that kind of gameplay.
On top of that Warframe is now also going open world and that is a 3rd person shooter Anthem seemingly can't or doesn't want to compete with.

It looks so... par-for-the-course. Gameplay looks rigid, art direction is uninspired and the dialogue made me cringe.
