Are there any games with an FFV style job system besides Blue Dragon and Bravely? I've played them both and need more job shenanigans.

FFX-2 is FFV but with more jobs, more skills, and you can switch jobs during combat. Shame everything else about it sucks.

The main character kind of works like that in Xenoblade Chronicles X, but everyone else has a set class.
