It's okay to still be playing videogames no matter your age. The real problem is time management. Set a timer on how long your play games in sessions.

Also, you shouldn't feel uncomfortable playing, reading, or watching media where the main character is younger than you. It's not like you gave a shit when you were a kid if you played as an adult character or a fucking bear with a bird backpack.
