Kek. 100% Freeza vs SSGoku is full of quality because most of that fight had fillers. Be bad proportions, weird muscles, Freeza's face or SSGoku's hair changing spikes size, as the color of that hair going yellow to orange.
Just the parts covered by the manga had a good animation for the early 90s and some of those parts were just 5 minutes in Toei's time.
