God of War 3 not only reused the plot of the first and second games, it retconned almost everything for the worse and amazingly had a story that not only fell flat by itself when all it needed to do was continue off of the massive high that the second game left off at, but managed to make killing all of the gods lame as shit after Poseidon and arguably Hades.
Like, did anybody want a game about Pandora being a little girl that retconned the entire first game's use of Pandora's Box and revealed that "HOPE" was the answer all along? Fucking christ.
