With the recent criticisms of current /v/ recommendations wiki, I've decided to make a new one.
This one drops the wiki style in favor of a search-able database in which every recommended game is located. each game has multiple categories including genre and preferred or best system to play on.
We have one problem though, the V-List doesn't have any games in it, and that's where this thread comes in.
here is a working link to the list

(no domain yet)
You may also submit logos, articles (pastebin preferred) to be added on a later date here as well.

I mean it's clean. More power to you I guess.
bueno
games should be judged based around their console, its not fair to put up DKC from the GB agains the one on the SNES, also, there are some games that have legitimatelly "aged", think C64 for instance.
>>384201787
Doesn't mean a C64 game isn't good. For the most part, games are based around the preferred system rather than all the systems it's on. Plus, if you're looking for a specific system, there are filtering options to see how other games stack up.

how do we know you not reddit in disguise?
>>384202228
because I don't have my name plastered all over it with a "Meet the Dev" page.
Bumpan the bread.

>Pokemon Sun/Moon
>0 yes
>9 no
meme games are also getting voted down
So should we just start dumping games that are majority liked on /v/ and you add them? Because I can think of a couple.

Can you do horror and Halloween recommendations in the future please?
cool idea, but what are the game pages meant to actually contain? a sample would be nice.
>>384202816
Yep. Games have to be voted on though. Go to the voting page and fill out the form.
>>384202903
If people add them. There is a "special" category for stuff like this, though horror is a genre.

A general synopsis of gameplay + media (videos, screenshots, official artwork)

you would click it if it had a shitty domain name? wow you're dumb
>>384203106
is there certain vote number+approval percentage threshold for it to be accepted, or is it all done manually?
>>384203841
Adding games are done manually, but if a games "rating" is super positive after a day, it gets added. Anything above a 70% approval rating gets added after 3 days. But I need to automate that so they games currently will stay in voting for a bit.
