It was easy to get caught up in the hype in the early days, but looking back, it is a shallow pile of shit with little no variety. DLC added some neater stuff, Solstheim was cool, vampire shit was okay, too. But not enough to save the game that had far more bark than it did bite.

I genuinely find Oblivion more entertaining, I enjoy some cheesy cheerful medieval fantasy, it just seems like there's to more to do, find and see, plus Shivering Isles is GOAT and Knights of the Nine is allows for maximum VULT. Oblivion has issues, but they're somewhat offset by the variety of the world. Morrowind has even more to do, but does suffer from having middling combat that can be frustrating at times, but fucking hell, the shit you can DO is amazing.

Anywho, there's a deep-storage spell which basically gave you a chest you could access from anywhere.

Finally my character could run solo through everything taking alternate paths and not worry8ing about NPC pathfinding
