Fantasy or sci-fi?
There's no wrong answer but I'd like to know which /v/ prefers

I like both for different reasons. Sometimes even a mix. Unfortunately there hasn't been any space opera high fantasy like Sci fi games in the same vein as flash gordon. Also unfortunate is that the only mix we have gotten is probably Destiny

It depends honestly.
when it comes to Fantasy I have a huge boner for Dark Fantasy like Berserk or Dark Souls.
When it comes to Sci-fi I don't really care unless it is that dirty industrial Sci-fi like Blade Runner, Alien, or the Original Star Wars.
I also love the kind of Sci-fi that ELO and Daft Punk make me imagine in my mind.
I don't really care for the squeaky clean sci-fi and the high fantasy stuff

Fantasy.
There's no such thing as sci-fi anyway. It's all just fantasy draped in a sci-fi aesthetic. Not because sci-fi is impossible; it's just hard.
Sci fi for movies, fantasy for games, neither for books
