Honestly Hartman is kind of like Lucas. If you just give him a bunch of yes men and tell him to go nuts, he'll run the series into the ground. But if you give him a bunch of people to keep him on track and grounded, you can get a pretty solid series from it.

Compare: Fairly Odd Parents and Danny Phantom.
