From what we can assume, each keyblade will have two Drive forms too. At least the new Star Keyblade and Toy Story one suggest this.

Star: Double Arrowguns -> Magic Blaster
Toy Story: Hyper Hammer -> Drill Punch

And given Toy Story's, the drives don't even actually have to be related in design. so Olympus' Counter Shield could become anything, but I would assume Kingdom Key's "Second Form" Simply becomes "Third Form" and has more limit stuff.

Also more patterns. Star's has,well, stars and blue for the theme, counter shield is orange diamonds, and Hyper Hammer is red camo. I might be wrong but I think Second Form actually goes back to his KH2 colors.

It looks to me like certain keyblades fall under certain form categories, so for example Power Form is not always going to be a hammer or drill but the Toy Story keyblade will only transform into a hammer or drill

so if Sora got a different type of Power Form compatible keyblade it could turn into a different kind of weapon like a pair of daggers for example

Also the way I see the forms work is like this
