Witcher 3 is a watered down game that takes most of the bad things from previous two games.
>Alchemy is the most casualized mechanic i think i ever saw in any game. Potions fill themselves and it's impossible to actually ever miss material.
>Open World is just scaled up map without any dynamic encounters filled with pointless shit to find. Everything is fucking static and scripted.
>Most Quests are "follow Batman senses".
>Combat wasted budget on fancy animations and pirouettes instead of actually developing complex system.
>Second half of the game is extremely rushed and unfinished.

CDPR are actually talented studio, however their combat and UI usually suck fucking dick. If they actually focused on that instead of making another bland AAA Open World garbage, this game could be the best game ever.

This. I'm mainly basing this on the fact that while the Witcher book writer basically fucked off as soon as he got his money from the license, the creator of the Cyberpunk 2020 is working very closely with CDPR on the game.
