Door-kun didn't killed Nix. She was tied to human subconscious and the only way to stop her was blocking Erebus (the incarnation of negative thoughts of humanity) from getting to her. Nix went back to sleep, Door-kun went full Jesus to save humanity, and isn't coming back until humanity changes, which kinda of ties with P5 and Joker changing the hearts of everybody.
