Pretty much yeah, if you're white.
White people more identify with the Vice City 80's theme, when more Black people identify with the San Andreas theme of kinda rising out of the hood and shit. Not saying every fucking black person lives in the hood, same as most whites dont live in a very's 80ish Miami, but they both still identify with them easier. I'm not saying that whites guys can't like San Andreas or vice versa, but its easier to connect with the theme of Vice City more

That being said, I like the atmosphere/setting and theme of Vice City better, but the gameplay of San Adreas and rpg elements are better than that of Vice City's so i'm kinda mixed between them.

I remember there was the one mission in San Andreas where you had to like have a lot of lung capacity to start it, so you just had to swim for fucking ever to upgrade your lung capacity.
